Host your next event at the Thompsontown Volunteer Fire Company Station 8. Our clean, convenient, and affordable fire hall is the perfect space for birthday parties, community meetings, baby showers, family gatherings, and more. All proceeds from rentals directly support local emergency services, firefighting operations, and community safety programs.

2026 Rental Rates

Fire Hall with Full Kitchen Access:

• $100 - Up to 4 hours (Includes 2 hours setup time | 6 hours total)

• $175 - Up to 8 hours (Includes 2 hours setup time | 10 hours total)

Room Specifications

• Row seating for up to 80 guests

• Table seating for up to 15 tables (8 ft x 24 in) and 50 chairs (8 guests per table)

• Amenities:

  • Commercial refrigerator and stainless sink with hot water

  • Half diced premium ice is available during rentals

  • 2 restrooms (fully stocked, accessible via kitchen)

  • 2 trash cans with liners + extras and on-site dumpster access

  • AC outlets, high ceilings, and fluorescent lighting

• Commercial fridge

• Large stainless steel sink with instant hot water
  

• 6-burner propane stovetop

• Electric oven

• Commercial fridge

• Deep freezer

• Stainless steel prep tables and ample counter space
  

Important Policies

• No alcohol permitted anywhere on the property.

• Two (2) hour of setup time included.

• All events must conclude by 10:00 PM and guests must vacate by 11:00 PM.

• All trash must be bagged and placed in the on-site dumpster.

• This is an active 24/7 emergency facility, fire personnel may enter or exit the building at any time.

• Children must be supervised at all times.
